Rebecca is a consulting Principal in our Wellington office. She has over 17 years’ experience in the health sector with strong well established networks. Rebecca specialises in strategic planning, policy development, service design and programme management. She has held previous management positions and has extensive experience managing large complex programmes and projects across multiple government organisations.

Rebecca’s most recent role with the Ministry of Health involved managing the development of the Integrated Performance and Incentive Framework, a quality and improvement framework for the health sector.

Rebecca holds an MA in Social Policy from Massey University and a BA from Massey University
