James has over ten years’ experience consulting on public policy and regulatory economics issues in energy, transport, health and human services, education and workforce development, and public sector governance. James applies his strategic and analytical skills to the development of evidenced-based solutions to complex problems, particularly through the design and application of analyses in data rich contexts.

James holds a PhD from the Australian National University, and a MSc and honours degrees in Science and Arts from the University of Melbourne. He has published in Australian and European journals, and has ten years’ experience teaching at both universities.
