Douglas specialises in providing advice on policy design and implementation, organisational performance, change management, communication and facilitation. Douglas has significant experience in policy development performance, change and employment management both in NZ and overseas and has recently worked in counties like Nepal, the Philippines and Macedonia. Douglas has over 15 years of experience in various public sector analyst, manager and then director roles in the public service.

Douglas holds a BSocSC (Hons) from the University of Waikato and a GradDipBus from Massey University.
