Rebecca specialises in population and health care services analysis, turning complex data into meaningful information. She has extensive experience in the health sector, with over 12 years working for District Health Boards. Her work includes needs assessments, clinical services analysis, planning for service integration, demand forecasting, performance monitoring and evaluation. She has a particular interest in population health outcomes, and has worked on cross-sector initiatives and as an Advisor Epidemiology.

Rebecca holds a BSc in Biology and a BCA in Information Systems and Commercial Law from Victoria University of Wellington.
